Rojak is a dish served all over south Asia in many different styles. Ours varies seasonally, but it’s always citrus-marinated fruit with a sweet & sour tamarind sauce & peanut crunch

Sushi salmon cubes with Sriracha (we're proud to use Underwood Ranch), green onions, fresh ginger, pure Japanese toasted sesame oil, Thai soy sauce, French sea salt, and preserved lemon puree. Fall on in to a burning ring of flavor. Take a wild wok out west with this, one of the spicier dishes served in Montana. Montana Yak meat (thanks Painted KC Ranch!) simmered with gochujang pepper paste, Underwood Farms sriracha, and genuine sambal oelek. We flip the script, and use tofu as a sponge to soak up all that delicious spicy yak gravy. Served on Jasmine Rice.

A big, saucy hug from back in the day– most of us grew up with some form of this on the family menu. Fresh ground Miller Ranch beef slow-simmered in a classic red sauce with authentic San Marzano Italian tomatoes, served over handmade noodles with Italian Parmesan and buttery Texas toast garlic bread. It’s hearty, nostalgic, and unapologetically American.
